defaults write com.apple.Dock workspaces-auto-swoosh -bool NO

then

killall Dock

to UNDO this: change NO to YES

I am confused with this for long time, and finally found it's so simple...

use fn + Fx

then you can drug windows into different spaces by using

fn +F8

this is very useful, when you are programing and still want to check IM messagers.
